It all started when…

I’ve spent my career telling stories… at Forbes, Bloomberg, ESPN and now with Big Ten Network, WGN and National Public Radio. I cherish these platforms for different reasons, but a throughline of every network - no matter how big or small - is there will always be something that doesn’t make the final cut. This is the Steele Cut. Behind the scenes access, conversations with people who aren’t always front facing but are incredibly insightful in their respective fields. I am sometimes asked, what do I like more: sports or investing? I like both. At Steele Cut, I don’t need to choose. One week, we’ll talk about SpaceX, next week we’ll discuss the Bears stadium saga.
